Care Instructions

Glam Seamless hair extensions are made with 100% Remy human hair which can be styled and washed just like your own hair. With proper care hair extensions can lasts 9-12 months or more, depending on the amount of wear too. Keep in mind, the more you wash and heat style your extensions, the shorter their lifespan will be. Try to keep washing and product use to a minimum and follow our recommended at-home, expert hair care tips below.

• For "Stylist Method" hair extensions wash 2-3 times per week using a paraben-free and sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner such as our Cleanse Shampoo and Hydrate Conditioner.

• For "DIY" hair extensions wash every 5 wears using paraben-free and sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner such as our Cleanse Shampoo and Hydrate Conditioner.

• Unlike your own hair, hair extensions don’t have a natural hydration source from the oils on your scalp. To hydrate, apply a moisturizing hair mask 1 time per week. Apply a mask from mids to ends of hair only, never at the scalp. Our First Class Mask is designed to nourish and strengthen with ingredients Coconut Oil, Argan Oil, and Green Tea Extract. Prevent tangling and matting with our 24/7 Leave-in Conditioner.

• Allow hair to air dry whenever possible to minimize heat exposure and damage. Try a microfiber towel like our Glam Luxe Towel Turban to cut drying time by 50% and help reduce frizz and breakage.

• Before applying heat, use a heat-protecting spray such as our Thermal Therapy Protecting Spray.

• Brush your hair 2-3 times a day to keep your extensions tangle-free. Apply our Silky Smooth Serum from mids to ends to help with the toughest of tangles, plus smooth frizz and flyaways. We recommend trying one of our brushes such as the Flexible Brush or Glam Detangler Brush.

• Never sleep with wet hair. Sleeping with a silk pillowcase like our Dream Silk Pillowcase is super luxurious and helps prevent damage. Use silk scrunchies over traditional hair ties like our Satin Scrunchies to keep hair breakage-free.
